Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use Night Bloom Hosting. Please read them before you place an order. Our Services are currently in early access, which means we are not responsible for data loss during this period.
1.Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to everything Night Bloom Hosting (“Night Bloom”, “we”, “us”) provides, including this website, the billing panel at billing.nightbloom.gr, the control panel at panel.nightbloom.gr and the hosting services you order (together, the “Services”).
By creating an account, placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2.Our services
We provide hosting for Node.js and Python projects, such as Discord bots and simple websites. Each plan comes with the resources listed on the billing panel at the time you order it.
We provide the hosting environment only. We do not write, provide or maintain the bots, websites or other code you run on it, and we are not responsible for how that code behaves. Game server hosting is not available yet and will be covered by these Terms when it launches.
3.Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to order Services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You agree to give accurate account and billing details and to keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details, API keys and SSH keys secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
4.Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- break any law, or host or share illegal content;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- distribute malware, run phishing pages or collect other people’s login details;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems, including DDoS attacks and stress testing;
- send spam, run raids or mass-DM campaigns, or operate selfbots or other automated user accounts;
- mine cryptocurrency or run open proxies, VPN exit nodes or similar relays;
- harass, threaten or exploit others, or host any content that sexualises minors;
- try to access other customers’ servers or data, or get around the limits of your plan;
- use resources in a way that harms the stability of our hardware or other customers.
Bots you host must also follow the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
5.Billing and renewals
Prices are shown in euros on the billing panel. Services are paid in advance for each billing period. An invoice is created before each renewal, and you must pay it by its due date to keep the Service running.
If an invoice is not paid on time, we may suspend the Service until it is paid. If it stays unpaid, we may cancel the Service and permanently delete its data. You can cancel a Service at any time from the billing panel, and it will stop at the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may change our prices. Price changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, and apply only from your next renewal.
6.No refunds or withdrawal
Hosting is a digital service that we start providing as soon as your order is paid. By placing an order, you expressly ask us to start the Service immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has started.
All payments are final and not refundable, including for unused time after you cancel and for Services suspended or cancelled because you broke these Terms. The only exception is if we stop offering a Service you have paid for, as described in Availability and changes. This does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
7.Your content and backups
You keep all rights to the code, files and data you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store, run and back them up so we can provide the Services.
Plans include backup slots, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. We are not responsible for data that is lost or corrupted, including when a Service is cancelled or deleted. See Early access for how this applies while we are starting out.
8.Early access
Night Bloom is a new company, and as of October 2026 our Services are in an early access period. During this period you should expect instability, including unplanned downtime, restarts, migrations between nodes and configuration changes.
During early access, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data, or for any downtime, however it is caused. Keep your own up-to-date copies of your code and data outside of Night Bloom at all times.
The early access period lasts for the next few months. We will announce when it ends on our Discord server and update this page.
9.Availability and changes
We work to keep the Services online around the clock, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We may need to carry out maintenance, which we try to announce in advance on our Discord server.
We may change, improve or stop offering features or plans. If we stop offering a Service you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and refund the unused part of your current billing period.
10.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts our systems or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time.
11.Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost revenue, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will announce them on our Discord server or by email before they apply. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last changed. If you keep using the Services after the changes apply, you accept the updated Terms.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
14.Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, open a support ticket in the billing panel or contact us on our Discord server.
